I always like to go eat at Whataburger since it's open 24/7 but I'll never order add-ons again from here. On July 14 (at 11:22pm), I went inside to place an order and they never gave me the 2 sauces I paid for. I thought, no big deal next time I'll ask for it. Well today (7/22) I went at 11:20pm and I placed an order with Cheryl. I told her last time I didn't get my sauces and she said she couldn't give me any sauces because I didn't have a receipt, which I thought was ridiculous. So when another girl bought out my food I was trying to explain to her the situation. Ms. Cheryl came over and yelled at me very loudly (there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant so they all heard it.) She was saying, "Don't listen to her, I already spoke to her, she's just trying to get free sauces" with a rude attitude. So Cheryl, I'm letting you know if you wanted to, I could show you the charge for $25.35 for July 14 off my credit card statement. Obviously I didn't think I would need to keep the rece
Major yikes! First of all, you'll wait in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. Second, our milkshakes had all the syrup sitting at the bottom - not blended at all. We had to go home and put them in the blender. I also asked for two sauces and only got one. There are so many solid food options on Siegen... I'd steer clear of this one.
I've been here about a dozen times and 10 of those times, I've received an incorrect order. This past time I ordered a bacon cheese burger plain/dry as I always do. Despite the receipt stating this, I got everything on it anyway. I brought it back, waited 20 minutes for them to forget I was waiting for them correct . I politely asked for an update to which the manager asked the employee who stated "no I didn't make it yet, I don't know what you're talking about". I waited an additional 10 minutes for them to get it wrong again so I cuy my losses and will never go back here due to incompetence from the entire staff.
