The staff is incompetent and slow. We waited for over 30 minutes to get food. There were not a lot of customers either. They were fully staffed with at least 8 people behind the counter. Please tell me why it takes so long? This is supposed to be FAST FOOD not a gourmet meal. Won’t be back I’ll go to Lake Worth.
Everytime I order curbside, it takes FOREVER! tonight it said ready in 6-9 minutes.... It took TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for them to bring it out! I even called to check status and they said they're putting fries in and it'll be out. TEN minutes later I had to go in and get my order and the drinks weren't even ready. Literally the worst whataburger to deal with
