Whataburger

Don’t waste your time or money here!! The burger was barely edible at best. My initial fries were cold , Salty and mushy.I Returned them upon doing so the manager asked them to replace my fries expeditiously so when the lady gives me my bag of fries she intentionally turned upside down upon opening the bag I see the placement of the packaging and fries in the bag and everywhere. Word of advice if you hate your job that much or just I don’t wanna do your job efficiently and correctly then maybe you need to find I appointment somewhere else.

I arrived at 11:09 p.m. on 9/9/22 to place an order to go in the restaurant and was told “We are not servicing in store due to low staffing. You need to go through the drive through”. With an understanding I left to go back to my vehicle when I noticed two other cars pulled in and the guests entered. I stopped and stared inside to see if they will be served and to my surprise the same person who’d stated the earlier took both parties’ orders. I was extremely upset at what I had witnessed and waited around to confirm that it wasn’t a pick up order as they had transacted as if it were a normal order. That was lousy of your staff member or whoever was managing that night carry out that protocol.

2 stars for the food always being good (because it’s whataburger), but my mobile orders are consistently missing items and the service is unfriendly. I just got home to realize a burger was missing from my order; I called and drove all the way back to get it corrected, and didn’t get so much as a sorry or a free cookie or anything. I’ll be choosing a different location going forward.
