The Steak House beats them all and not just in Reno. Very dissatisfied with Morton’s in N Miami, but this place really cares about your comfort and the atmosphere and delivering top quality aged steaks and a meal that is not all a la carte. The manager was always there to greet and ask about you satisfaction. At Morton’s they only care about Company policy so when there with only 6 couples in the room, it’s more important to freeze you with the air conditioning fan always blowing. I did ask about them doing something about over air conditioning the room but was totally ignored. The waiter said he would see manager. It was one of those 72 degrees days in Florida. The Morton’s steak was not cooked that well either. At total waste of money. In summary, you no longer get any respect at a Morton’s in N Miami Florida but in Reno NV Western Village Steak House, they treat you like a King and deliver a gourmet meal like no other. Took my husband for his birthday, he has never been before. Food was amazing, server was very attentive, and we had a nice evening.
Ignore the outside of the building. Yes, it really does look a little sketchy outside. Everything about this hidden gem is absolutely worth the walk through the smoke filled casino. The sorbet was delightful. The crusted sea bass was phenomenal. 10/10 I would come back and 100/10 recommend to anyone visiting Reno.
