Wendy's

Wendy's has gone down hill. Their buildings are not very clean, not have been kept current. The good quality is not what it used to be. The fries were greasy, the hamburger was nothing special. I stopped going to Wendy's years ago and decided to give them a try today to see if they improved. Nope. I won't be going back.

Waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes for them to just say they had no frosty’s! I tried calling multiple times they NEVER answer the phone. In the last week everytime I’ve gone there to get frosty’s they NEVER have any

The restaurant was busy during my last visit. The soda machine ran out of the cherry coke as I was using it and many of the other flavors were completely out. My burger was dry and my French fries were overcooked and cold. I was in a rush so I didn't check my purchase until I left the restaurant. I also usually don't return food due to poor quality out of concerns of possible food tampering. This was one incident where I wanted to complain about the food quality. The best thing that I received that day was the chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were worth the two stars.
