Wendy's

Lilia was amazing, everyone was moving in synchrony taking care of Drive thru and lobby. My order came out quick, fresh and hot. Will definitely come back and keep it up Lilia!!!

This is the cleanest and most efficient Wendy's I've ever been to. The staff alone makes this place worth a visit.

The worst customer service in the fast food industry. I mean this wholeheartedly because I honestly hope this feedback leads to improvement at a corporate level. I don’t go to Wendy’s that often, maybe a couple times a year and EVERY time I go in the last 5-10 years, it is the absolute worst experience, and that’s saying something considering its competitors. Every time is an extremely long wait in the drive thru and a messed up order nearly every time. The sad thing is in general, the food is usually good, but the rest of it is terrible. I brought my kids in at dinner time as I had them with me while running errands and they had asked for it. Dude at the front looked like he hated everything and everyone, spoke in almost an inaudible voice. I asked for pickles on a kids meal and he said he could, and then we received no pickles anyway.
