Wendy's

Just sad to me that customer service is non existent. Went at 10:10 on a night they closed at 11:00. Drive thru lady was not even a little friendly as she told us all the things we could not order. ( Frostys- what we came for - chili and three other things) We ordered chicken nuggets and fries. She said pull around. Sat for 10 minutes, got to the window for guy to saw “it’s gonna be awhile, I still have to cook the other for the car in front of yours then drop yours and it’s gonna take a minute- you want to still wait ?” Pretty sure he was happy when my husband said Nevermind and we left. 15 minutes of my life I will not get back and still hungry. If you are open till 11:00 be open till 11:00. One of the only late nights drive this in the area, kinda assume they would expect to be busy on a Friday.

This wendy’s is most of the time so slow but the worst part is the hand full of snotty employees. there’s one woman with short hair who has been at the window many times and is always so incredibly rude. every time we’ve asked for ketchup she’s given us the nastiest look, but we’ve always been very nice knowing the service we are going to receive from her. half the time whoever is taking our order is extremely rude as well. there are a handful of people who work there who seem to at least try to put a smile on their face and be nice but mostly all of the adults we have come in contact with have been horrible.

If you want to find a Wendy's location that you will never visit, this place is your TO GO! I wish I could give them a negative star if that's an option. My wife ordered TWO Chicken Sandwiches in the drive - through but only received one from the window. The employee who took her order either doesn't understand English or doesn't even care. TO make matter worse, this manager lady came out and yelled at my wife:" We can't add anything to your order!". Then she just shut the window and walked away. What makes me even madder is similar situation happed multiple times in the past and it became worse and worse! Wendy's, if you want to keep your business in the area, start with training your employees how to treat their customers. Teach them the proper respect each customer deserve and to be polite at any time. I would pick this manager to be the first one to be trained. We won't come back to this location any time soon. That's a no-brainer.
