Wendy's

I actually had a really bad experience here. A late night employee messed up our order and refused to fix it in a very disrespectful and condescending manner. I’m not the type to escalate things but it made me so uneasy i actually called the corporate hotline to complain! It was THAT bad! but i’m leaving a 5 star review because after making a formal complaint I had a conversation with the manager Freddy who apologized profusely and remade the sandwiches himself when he was made aware! the staff was very sweet and the beautiful blonde cashier has one of the most beautiful singing voices i’ve ever heard! I’m so grateful they were able to make it right.

Ryan took amazing care of us at the register with great humor and outstanding customer service. Better than my local Wendy’s by 10 fold.

"Jamie got us right" Tonight we had an encounter like any other Wendy's drive through. Except for when we got to the window. Jamie was there at the window and greeted us. When my husband asked if he forgot to mention my drink was a medium, Jamie didn't hesitate and changed my drink without complaining. Jamie got us right, he took care of us as customers and had a positive attitude. The order was correct and he made sure of it. Thank you Jamie!
