Wendy's

I ate here for lunch today. The dining room was clean and my food was delicious. The employee taking my order was polite and greeted to me as well.

Did the mobile app sat sat and no one came called them and then they told me I had to go thru the drive-thru to get my order since the system was down. Keep in mind the drive thru is wrapped around the building. Finally the manager met me at the door and was very rude and told me it didn’t matter that I already paid….excuse me?! Finally got my food after the girl on the phone said it was ready sitting on the counter and she (manager) continuously told me it’s not ready. The food was not correct had to go back to the door and she still had a attitude. Sorry you hate your job lady! It’s part of customer service! Do not recommend this place! Always have issues with them!

This Wendy's was on point today. You can't go to Wendy's expecting gourmet food but for Wendy's it was really good today. Service was great fries were hot and they actually had some fruit options for my child. Everyone was very polite and kind at the window. It was a great switch up to the normal fast food experience. Kid-friendliness: They has strawberries and apples!
