Wendy's

I love Wendy's food. However, my order is nearly always wrong when I come to this Wendy's. On at least 8 occassions that I can count, I had to return for a missing item or item that was wrong. My kids and husband will not eat condiments on their burgers. I ordered it very specific and got them as they appear on the menu with none of the specifications. They are good about fixing the issue once you get to the manager, but it's quite frustrating. Food is always hot and fresh though. If I didn't like Wendy's so much more than McDonalds, we wouldn't continue to go with the number of mistakes we've dealt with.

The last 2 times I've been at this location was good enough. Last time I was being charged a mini frosty even though I bought and showed I ❤️ adoption tag. I had to tell her(Chloie) that I war being charged for something I'm not supposed to pay for. The time before that, they didn't complete my burger in the way I told them to. I say around for almost 10 minutes after ordering, just to see 1 person, who was clearly struggling, try to finish all the orders he was trying to complete. Who know, maybe 3rd time a charm. We'll see.

Came here a few times recently but the last visit was ridiculous. They are always closed earlier than they say. Most recent time I placed an order on the app, picked it up and I waited in line for about 15 minutes before actually getting my order. The guy in front of us in the drive through got the incorrect order, which was most likely mine but I can’t say for sure. Then I get told by a manager that they had no fries left, and no chocolate frosty. I was ticked. They then gave me extra chicken nuggets. Mind you, the line at this place is usually long. The line was nuts once I finally got my order after waiting for 15 minutes. I then look and here I’m missing part of my order! I wasn’t waiting in line again. Luckily I saw the lady walk out to the guy who was before us, she then went back in and got me my missing order and gave an extra. Overall this lady was nice and fixed the issue but this company needs to get their stuff straight and get this location more help. On top of this, the s
