Wendy's

I go right in the middle. Was very surprised they have breakfast. Standard items you would expect from Wendy's but the reason for 3 stars is the place was a bit trashed on the outside. But I will give them benefit of the doubt. It looked like some people may have partied the night before and the location close to the high way and that also provides what I assume a difficult upkeep.

Used drive thru. Friendly staff. Food was quick. Delicious meal. Had a chicken sandwich, french fries and a cold drink. She asked me what sauce I wanted ( gave me 2!) and gave me ketchup, salt and pepper without asking!! 5 star treatment of a customer. Parking: Lot's of parking available!

Preordered a pickup order on the app at 5:47 for pickup for 6 pm. Got there at 6, food wasn’t done — no big deal, I get it, it’s a fair amount of food, but there was maybe 2 cars in the lot and drive thru combined.. 6:10 rolls by, so I ask the guy working the counter if everything was alright. He looks at his screen and asks a coworker if they have the order and he says it’ll be right out. 6:25 the order is finally done. No explanation to why it took so long or any apology. At this point we just wanna get home and eat because it’s taken us now almost a half hour for a FAST FOOD order. We live LITERALLY 4 minutes away, and everything was already cold and dry. I’m extremely let down with the service and quality of this whole experience and definitely don’t see myself ever returning to this location and I would definitely recommend not doing so if you’re ever in a pinch for time.
