I ordered a maple chicken croissant and they put the wrong bread on my sandwich, so once I called the store the manager Timothy let me know that he would give me a meal in exchange to that happening. He was very kind and professional & apologized. This positive encounter made me want to leave a review for how He handled the situation! Thank you again Timothy.
Bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like a sewer. While I was eating they locked the doors so no one else could come inside because only 3 people were working. Had to wait for a burger that turned out to be dry like the patty had been sitting for a while. Definitely not hot and juicy like you expect from Wendy's. Will be quite a while before I will eat at this location again.
Long wait. ..horrible food:.........not sure how it's possible to get franchise food and it taste sooooo different from every other location, but these guys made it happen. Fries were a mixture of cold uncooked fries, old fries, and 3 new (fresh) fries.......How!?!...burgers were cold and tasted funny......
