Wendy's

It is currently 240pm on August 22nd. This is the 3rd time I have come here and I am currently waiting in line 40 min. The workers are inside and not answering the drive through speaker and not comming to the window. Several of us walked to the door which is closed and we see the workers and they won't talk to us. I spoke to a person outside who said this wendys sucks. That they do this all the time. I have called corporate on them before and will do it again today. Hopefully they can get better employees.

At first glance looked clean, but the bathroom was not clean, trash on the floor in the stalls, behind the counter trash was on the floor & the workers had no hair nets & long hair swinging & no gloves until they saw me watching them handling the food. The initial food I got was horrible, the fries was Luke warm & flemsy, the the burger was sloppy with too much condiments, soggy lettuce & tomato (1 slice to be exact). The cheese was so melted it was running onto the paper., I returned it & got stemming hot fries but the burger still sloppy like they didn't change a thing. Oh & the drink was flat & barley any syrup/ sweetener in it. I don't think I will be eating there again. This was in the middle of the day. The young cashier was nice.

This Wendy’s location takes at minimum 35- 40 minutes to place an order, aside from paying and receiving your order correctly. I highly recommend undergoing new management and a critical evaluation of this locations employees. Honestly, the level customer service, at this location, really devalues the corporation of Wendy’s as well as the franchise owners, and last but not least, the quality of experience of dining out for surrounding communities.
