I ordered my meal online, but when I got up to the drive thru they claim my order wasn’t received. Then refused to give me my order despite physically seeing the confirmation id, time order placed, and receipt of transaction. Just terrible!
Absolutely horrible customer service in the drive thru. I requested a change to the order and got an eye roll and major attitude for a simple request… Manager was just as ignorant as the employee. Used to be a good place but has went downhill in the past year… time for some better training or new employees!
The person at the window got my order wrong not once not twice not three times but 4 times and angrily threw away the wrong order items. This was at 9:45 I waited on my cold food for 45 minutes and had to proceed through drive threw 2ce. The guy at the window had a poor attitude seemed very out of it. And asked for multiple items back to prove they were wrong. Will definitely be ignoring this spot for a while.
