July 22, 2022 visit: Tried the drive through today, very disappointing. Ordered Dave’s Double and requested no Mayo. Dave’s Double is supposed to have A half-pound of fresh beef, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion on a toasted bun. I didn’t get lettuce or pickle and the tomato was about ⅛ inch thick. The onion was definitely not extra because I couldn’t find it. I also ordered chili, but I wasn’t given a spoon. How do you eat chili without a spoon? This place needs to be given instructions on how to prepare their food because it sure doesn’t look like the food in their TV commercials. Original review: They have a Dining Room open sign in the window, but when you attempt to enter they tell you the dining room is closed. Have tried to visit twice in the last week and both times we have been refused entry. Drive thru lane had no cars, so I’m wondering what are they doing. This place needs to close its doors and go out of business.
