They already never have chili sauce but when they do have it the Chili is beyond watery and tastes horrible. If I didn’t know they put Hamburger crushed up from their old beef patties to make the chili I know now. Worst experience ever and on the first snow day. And I ordered two both are in the trash. I wasn’t even given a option or a refund or replacement order they just hung up the phone telling other employees to stop giving out the chili for multiple complaints

Terrible service they gave me raw burgers with my biggie bag and 4for4 I called back the lady said come back next day I went late in the afternoon the next day and they rushed my order and still messed my order up completely they didn’t replace all my food and instead of it being raw this time they gave me the chili meat that sat on the grill for hours. overall experience is terrible this isn’t the first time this wendys has provided horrific service.
