Wow. Isn’t this Wendy’s new? The drive thru person didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to pull around. The young girl at the first window was so sweet. The older lady at the second window needs to be fired. She didn’t say hello! She forgot our drink, when I asked for it she didn’t say 1 word to me. They didn’t have Wendy’s napkins (not a big deal) they didn’t put cheese on the chicken sandwich. That lady and the guy she was talking too completely ignored us. Unbelievable. I work in customer service that sucks as the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! Just unprofessional. Didn’t speak didn’t confirm my order at the drive thru. The only one who was professional was the older brown skinned gentleman who wore a green shirt. I think he’s a manager, but he was very nice. The RUDE lady/manager was just cursing, remind you im sitting in the drive way listening. First time at that location. The line was super long last Thursday, but never knew I’d run into a disrespectful manager! Never going back!
