Wendy's

The food is almost always cold, and the service is quite awful. They do not follow the listed dining room open hours listed. They constantly close the dining room during open hours and expect you to walk through the drive-through during dining room open hours, which is dangerous and awful. I am a good-paying customer and deserve better treatment. This is ridiculously horrendous customer service. Not to mention I have been served fries that are cold as hell. When I go to a restaurant, I expect at least somewhat warm food. As one should, and when they do have the dining room open, it is disgusting and the soda machine is out of most sodas.

Juan, who works the drive through most mornings, always provides excellent service! He is friendly and seems so happy to be at work. My Monday workdays are brightened when I go through the drive through!

This Wendy's is good. It's in sugar house so it's convenient to where we live but Wendy's isn't popular up in SLC I guess. But this one has always been pretty fresh compared to others. Close to a freeway so thats nice for traveling also by a traget and tcby. Due to being short staff this one has been closed before 11 so look out for that. And I'm pretty sure the dining room is still closed.
