They are so rude at this Wendy’s it is unbelievable I had to request each individual item my drink my chocolate Frosty and the barbecue sauce for my two orders of chicken nuggets and the girl at the window seem to have an attitude for the items that I should’ve been given with my order. They never wanna give you your receipt, they never tell you thank you for receiving your money. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else. I am sick of receiving rude service it is out of control.

I was so disgusted eating here or should I say trying to eat here the biscuits and gravy looks like somebody shaved their beard inside of it and I had two separate orders that both contained the same hairs I didn’t receive straws for any of my drinks and then when I went around the building to complain they told me it was probably my hairs and they couldn’t give me extra straws. I have blonde hair the hair was stubby black and I never received any straws instead of giving me a refund they made the customer at fault and like I was the issue.

This was the first time visiting this location before 9pm. The other times never have issues. But this time. Part of my order was for a bunless burger. Didn’t receive a patty and they put toppings I didn’t ask for. Luckily checked before leaving the place and overheard them saying they didn’t have any patties. Was there for a total of 25min to get my food. Now it’s all cold. Another guy picking up food for Uber eats decided to check their order after I came back. Their order had 4 bbq sauces and a sprite but they substituted it with 2 honey mustard and orange soda without even telling them. This particular crew just seemed like they really really didn’t want to be there and other customers noticed. 2 stars since the others times I’ve gone have been ok.
