Wendy's

Went in the drive thru to order and was asked to pull forward and wait for my food. I never expected my other food to be cold as a result. No one like cold not even room temperature fries especially after a 5 to 10 minute wait.

Standard Wendy's This location was out of mix for the drink machine. Bathroom was tolerable. No issues on spacing for COVID concerns

We stopped at this location during our travels back to PA from NC. We used the restroom then wanted to order something. We stood at the counter and no one acknowledged us until my fiance asked if we could get some help... then a very rude young man says no we aint takin no orders here. I said what do you mean your aren't taking any orders? He said we short staffed if you want somethin you gonna have to go around. (Meaning the drive thru) He said Im about to leave, then he walked away running his mouth rudely. There were 4 other people there, but no one could take a to go order? All we wanted was a frosty. Smh. Horrible customer service!!! We chose not to go through the drive thru or spend any of our money at the facility.
