I never do bad reviews but it must be done here. 0 stars. Ordered on the mobile app. Get there… The doors are locked it’s 6:45??? Go to the mobile order pick up spot, no way to check in??? We call no answer, the drive thru line is out to the street. So an associate comes out to leave and I asked her how to pick up the mobile orders and she said you have to go through the drive through… ummm doesn’t that defeat the purpose of the mobile order. Okay so I called again and she answered so angry, “WENDY’S!” I said “ I have a mobile order and she yelled at me and said you called twice for a mobile ORDER?!? No you gotta go through the drive through like everybody else.” We would have but the whole experience was rediculous and she was so rude. Unnecessary and unacceptable. We will never come to this location again. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
We ordered on line in the store and waited 25 minutes for the family meal. Don't kid yourself about the fries being fresh and better than McD's. It was neither. Cold and soggy. Service was terrible.
