Worst experience ever.. manager is completely rude and unreasonable. S Do not take responsibility or ownership of anything. Treat you as if you are a nuisance and not a paying customer. They act as if they are doing us a favor. Food is usually lukewarm. Long wait times.. just a TOTAL MESS
I haven't eaten in this restaurant since COVID because they always had their doors locked. Show up tonight on a Friday night and the doors are locked. This restaurant employs the laziest bums ever! Try hiring some reliable works for once!
People always wonder why I don't eat at Wendy's. Here it is. Nobody in the dining room but me, my wife and our son. Still dirty floors, no condiments, only small cups, out of tons of soda options, surfaces that I'm pretty sure we're last cleaned when they were installed. Just plain dirty mediocre food. Would not recommend.
