Wendy's

I usually enjoy Wendy's Classic Chicken Sandwich with a Medium Fry. This particular location (Cottage St. Pawtucket, RI) poorly prepares the food I've been served. On multiple occasions, the chicken has been significantly overcooked looking dark brown (burned) and tasting tough and dry. Their Fries are coated with so much salt as to be inedible. Next time I'm in the mood for Wendy's, I will drive the extra miles to an alternative location.

2 times had issues at this Wendy’s. Fist time a screw was in my drink and today there was a small rock in my chili. Absolutely disgusting! If I bit down hard I could have shattered my tooth! Or when I drank my soda if I didn’t use a straw I would have ingested a screw! I’m definitely calling corporate about this! Maybe have a good look at your employees and make sure they know what they are doing! I’ll make sure h let all I know not to eat here either

The manager screams at her workers so much and is so rude to costumer , I understand that she has a job to do but humans shouldn't be treated like that.
