Employees on the night shift don’t like doing their job…Everytime I go there to pick up an Uber order they say they don’t have the order or they say they are closed when they shouldn’t be…Somebody need 2 tlk 2 them about doing their job cause they are wasting people time

Wendy's always gets my orders right. The gentleman who brought me my nuggets and fries was so kind. I wish I would have gotten his name. If you remember me I had the 6-6pc nuggets and 2-6pc spicy with the 2 fries.. you made my night!!!

Ordered a queso burger combo no ice with an additional side of queso fries and a cup of water. Was not given one the fries or my water. When I told them they messed up my order the manager on duty Juanita told me "no, I made it myself, It is correct. I showed her the drink that has ice in it along with the receipt that read no ice since I had no way to prove I did not receive my fries or drink. She insisted she made my order correct and refused to correct it. When I told her I would not leave until I got the food I ordered she called the police on me. She is not fit for customer service with that attitude.
