Great food but terrible service. First of all they should stop calling this a fast food place because it takes so long just to get your order. I’ve had to wait over 40 minutes just to get my order. Second, either there is no training for the staff or they just don’t what they are doing. I ordered on mobile a few times. First time they made me park at the mobile order parking area then completely forgot I was there. I was sitting and waiting for them for 30 minutes. Finally went inside and they had no idea what was going on. Second time I got a mobile phone order the drive thru worker just looked at me dumbfounded when I told her I had a mobile order. She kept asking for the name and I told but she couldn’t comprehend. So I had to finally show her the mobile app and it’s like she couldn’t understand that mobile orders are a thing. Everything else is great just the service is so bad

Saturday 1:00PM I was told by employees that the lobby is closed. I don't like eating in my car and I have a hard time trusting drive-thrus because my order is usually screwed up. I guess this is a location that keeps the lobby closed. So I drove down the road to Burger King and was sitting in the lobby 10 mins later with a nice hot lunch before I have the long commute home.

I really didn't think a fast food place could be bad, until we visited Palm Bay Wendy's on Palm Bay road. We waited over 5mn and literally NO ONE came to take our order inside. While one worker was sitting in a chair on her phone, the others completely ignored us in line at the register. Myself and another customer eventually walked out and went somewhere else for food. Not even a "sorry we're backed up, or busy, or give us a minute we apologize" nothing" There were 3 cars in the drive through when we arrived. My kids wanted to eat inside so we went inside. Myself and another customer were the only people in line inside. We won't go back, even as residents of Palm Bay. its obvious now why this place barely has customers.
