Wendy's

The only good thing about this Wendy’s is that it’s consistent…..consistently BAD. There hasn’t been a single time that I don’t go to this Wendy’s and something bad doesn’t happen. One time I went to the drive through after ordering through the app only to wait 30 min in line with only TWO cars ahead of me. Last night the wait wasn’t any different and when I finally get to the window they say they are out of Spicy chicken after I had already paid for my food on the app. They didn’t want to swap it out for anything and for my baconator fries they just put the two strips of bacon ???? that were supposed to be on my chicken sandwich onto the fries lol. Also this Wendy’s is run by the children from the daycare next door. Always sitting around talking and doing a lot of thumb twiddling. The other day you would have thought they was running a valet service they had 5 cars parked waiting on food. Smmfh. They need to hire me and I’ll run the darn place my dang self. It took forever to get our order which was placed over the internet before we even got there and we were the only car in the line. It didn't look like many, if any other people were there. The bacon on all the sandwiches was raw. They also didn't have the chili available that we ordered. This was nowhere near closing time either. It just wasn't worth the sixty something dollars I paid for our families meal. I gave them 3 stars because the staff was polite and courteous. The rest needs some work.

Hot fries??? Almost never! Nasty lettuce, always limp and brown. Everything tastes like it was cooked hours and hours ago. To warm up the fries, they try to throw them in the oil for 10 seconds, but that only leaves the outside oily and warm, cold inside. Then they re-salt... we are not stupid! Your quality does NOT reflect the higher price!
