Hot fries??? Almost never! Nasty lettuce, always limp and brown. Everything tastes like it was cooked hours and hours ago. To warm up the fries, they try to throw them in the oil for 10 seconds, but that only leaves the outside oily and warm, cold inside. Then they re-salt... we are not stupid! Your quality does NOT reflect the higher price!

They need to work on hairnets and beard covers because I saw a guy in line waiting to be helped because there was hairs in his salad and then when I received my baconator fries there were a ton of little hairs in my food that looked like beard hairs and I couldn’t eat the rest of my food. That’s unsanitary and I’m not usually one to complain but when it happens to multiple people and it’s ALOT of hair, that’s where I have to say something because that’s gross.

I'm not sure why we have continued to give this location any more 2nd chances. They are continually dishing out questionable food like the lettuce on the sandwich. Or old chicken nuggets that should be thrown out, and that's just 2 things that have happened in the last week. I shouldn't have went back. ????‍♀️????‍♀️ I'd rather drive down to the Wendy's on memorial and Penn where they have consistent quality and service.
