I really enjoy Wendys food. I visit the store in Monrovia on foothill Blvd almost everyday. On 8/8/23 at 2:20pm I ordered the Jr cheeseburger deluxe, and received the Jr cheeseburger. The next day 8/9/23 at 2:20pm I told the manager on Duty and she was very helpful in correcting there mistake. Great job to the manager she has great customer service and was very understanding. ????????
Very good customer service ,food gets to my hands really fast and it's hot and fresh not cold or old I'm happy with this location keep it up management
Hope I don't jinx it, but this location has always had really great service. Even since my childhood. Great people.
