I’m giving a two because everyone was nice but the guy on the microphone was not listening to me I asked for chili cheese fries and I got cheese fries I even confirmed with them at the window that’s what I was getting and I didn’t double check before I left because I was on lunch for work and they took forever to even greet me at the window they said it was due to shift change which I understand but you can still greet your customer and communicate with them on what was going on they then also gave my the wrong burger I asked for one cheeseburger meal and a bacon junior meal with no tomato they gave me two junior meal and put tomato on my bacon junior burger. This is just ridiculous and frustrating and I deserved better service I used to work at chipotle I know how customer service works and it does not work at this location.

Whoever runs this location needs to be fired, yesterday. Ordered a meal for my family tonight via GrubHub. Get a call that the store has run out of Beef patties, would I like chicken? Not what we wanted, but ok just please make them fresh. I get ANOTHER call 5 minutes later: I'm sorry they are out of chicken too!! How on EARTH are you out of MEAT at a Wendys????? Fire this manager YESTERDAY.

Staff was very rude snd profiled me. Took my toddler into the bathroom and they knocked on the door saying i needed to get out other customers needed to use the bathroom and there literally wasnt a single customer in the place let alone waiting for the bathroom. I went to my car and before i could leave a cop talked to me which was obviously called there and tried to sneak up on me but then said since i already ate there i wasnt trespassing and left. It was the rude manager the only black employee that's very judgemental and way to quick to call the cops on absolutely nothing i will never spend my money here again
