You fast food restaurants need to start training and paying like Chick-fil-A. Maybe the turn over rate wouldn't be so high. It's the only fast food place that doesn't have absolutely disappointing service. To the manager at this specific location, when your staff gets the order wrong and the customer has to come ALL THE WAY BACK after getting home to realize there are items missing out of their bag that they paid for, you are supposed to offer the item or a refund and additionally, an incentive for their trouble. What you do not do is tell them that breakfast is over so they can't get the item they already purchased, wait for them to ask for a refund and NOT OFFER ANYTHING for AGAIN, driving all the way home, coming all the way back, waiting in a very long line (because time management is off because staff is poorly trained and therefore they are short stuffed due to high turnover).... This Wendy's is always clean and tidy. It's also one of the few fast food locations where eating inside might actually feel like a high end dining experience. I'm not one for flattery but of the times I've eaten here I've been bombarded with politeness overload from every staff member working or walking around tidying up, holding doors open, being attentive to my needs as a customer far better than waiters and waitresses at locations you tip a server at... I know it's a Wendy's, a fast food restaurant, and directly across from the absolute worst Walmart in Columbus but wow... If you don't believe me just go there, whomever the staff is that's been working the times I've visited are destined for greatness and I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't whisked away by another establishment bc you just don't find employees this good and this polite and this focused in fast food, especially in one of the worst economic situations in decades.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat this last Saturday night. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. We pulled up to drive thru only to discover that they couldn't take any cards, only cash. So, my husband and I went inside to order. We waited almost 30 minutes for our order. We had only ordered two small fries, nuggets, and hamburger. It seemed as if there were too many people behind the counter who did not know what each individual was doing. Everyone was working at a slow pace. There was no urgency to help get people's orders out. My husband and I were nice. I had to tell the same girl twice that we were missing our burger. Eventually we had to leave or miss our reservation for a movie. So, we left without burger and no refund. Will never go back to this location.
