Wendy's

The ONLY train I have 4 stars was because of Ms. April. I would've give a negative 5.ZI have lived in the area for 20+ years and the customer service at this local is terrible, an insult to the Wendy's brand. I don't even feel like hatching the nightmare I experienced. The important part was when I returned Ms. April was the manager on shift and she was setting a new tone of professional customer service! The sad part was that the employee looked crazy when she had to tell her to say thank you for coming , have a nice day ????????????

Can’t even have lunch because they have the doors locked at 5:00pm while they just sitting there and eating and not taking orders and drive through line is back up to the streets. Gots to do better

Went the a lil after 1am, the Hispanic looking female at the window taking my order was so rude! She took my payment and slam the window closed without giving me a receipt. Even the skinny funny looking dread head giving my food was rude. I will never come this location again cause that was not called for. They are ghetto and rude I’m actually scared to eat my food. My fries are cold and there is this huge lettuce piece that doesn’t seem edible
