The drive thru at the Washington Street location in Memphis is horrible. I waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker... only 4 cars in front of me! When I got to the speaker, I waited another 2 minutes and was told to wait a second. Two minutes later, I just drove away and spent my money at Burger King.

I reviewed this place a year ago, and they still get one star! One star is generous, we ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget, some fries, and a combo for my nephew. Tell me why our nuggets were cold when we got them but they were so busy that we didn't even bother by taking them back! They were cold in the middle, like they weren't done! If I wasn't in a rush I would have taken it back but I had to go to work.

It was horrible. Service was terrible. It was slow and I was given the wrong meal. The employees make you pull up then backup in the drive thru to reset the timer. They are more concerned with getting away with something by resetting the timer and they are with giving proper service.
