Wendy's

Awful service, they have no idea what they’re doing. Had someone take our 3 orders and only received 2 orders. Had to order the 3rd and waited 10 minutes and no one else was in line. Oh, and the food was cold except for the fries. Cold burgers just don’t get it. Will never be back. I’ll go across town to the Alcoa Wendy’s instead.

Terrible! Our order was wrong, the manager is RUDE!!! It took at least 30 mins to get our food. Half of it sat on trays waiting on the fry boy to finish fries and nuggets. He kept getting yelled out. The poor boy running the front was the only one taking orders then running to get the food on the trays. I felt bad for him. He apologized several times. Manager was busy yelling at people. Spent $25 to eat cold food..

I received bacon that was just about raw. When I asked for a refund, they informed me that no one but the manager was capable of giving one and I would have to return on another day.
