Wendy's

I typically don’t leave reviews but this Wendy’s absolutely deserves one! I’ve been to this location serval times in the last few months and each time the experience has been terrible. The young lady taking orders is the very rude no matter how polite I’ve tried to be. I’m ignored when asking for anything at the window as it’s just passed to me with an attitude and no words. I order Spicy nuggets every time and receive regular nuggets along with very raunchy, old looking fries. The soda taste as if the machines are not clean! Needless to say after dealing with young lady’s terrible attitude and receiving less than mediocre food. I will not be returning. Shame. Customer service is absolutely not a priority here and neither is serving the correct food.

Horrible service. I ordered the seasoned potatoes and French toast sticks. Instead I got 2 orders of French toast and no potatoes. Was told that's all they had left and that they didn't charge me. That's not good enough. I should have been told when I placed the order or paid at the window, so that I could have gotten something else. Chick who brought the food to me was on her phone. Horrible experience.

Drive thru service was fast, lady was friendly and food was warm and neatly put in bag. I was pleasantly surprised how good this experience was
