Wendy's

Placed an order on the app for dine in. Arrived and lobby was closed. Should not have been given the option to dine in if they weren't going to allow that. Went to drive in the guy was pretty rude. And they didnt give us sauce for nuggets. Service at this Wendy's has been declining tremendously.

Im not sure whats going on with this place but i suggest going the extra drive and going to the one off of 5600 west and 3300 south. We stood there for a good 10 mins while waiting for someone to take our order. There were multiple people there without a uniform walking around back and looking at us while we waited. Noticed a few of them with their cellphones in hand. The manager came out and instead of acknowledging us told one of her staff members to come take our order. The one had a major language barrier and needed help from another staff member which is fine but they still got our order wrong. I paid for one item and just decided to leave and go to another restaurant. I think they need to improve their customer skills, their training, professionalism and cleaniness before i return here again.

What the? Seriously? Ordered the spicy chicken with everything it normally has on it and added a cheese and ranch sauce. Not sure what I got, but complete failure.
