Wendy's

I went in the morning to order my breakfast before work , the manager Tammy was rude and said you need to explain while your ordering what you wanted, I ordered breakfast Baconater and season potatoes , the eggs were cold the seasoned potatoes were cold, I went back to the drive-thru and I spoke to Tammy about it and she gave me attitude again saying well there's nothing I can do but if you don't like it you can go and eat at another Wendy's... I have been ordering breakfast for more than 3 years at Wendy's and I've never been threw this bad experience but there was a young lady named Beth , she was very nice very respectful and I love her very much because she respected me and only that if I had any problems with my food she will give me fresh food and I would like to say she was the best person I've ever met at Wendy's., Professional seem very understanding and calm me down for I was very livid of the experience prior to meeting Beth... And another thing October the 30th I went to

I had no expectations going into my first experience at this Wendy’s location, but I left a customer for life! Employees are the best in town hands down. Very quick, yet precise when taking your order, they don’t mess around! I hope robots never replace humans in fast food restaurants because I’ll go out on a limb here and say there was more love cooked into my meal than how my ol granny Ethyl used to cook my Sunday dinners back in 68. With that being said, I Forreal expected the Cobb salad to be hella mid, but it was def top 5 salads of all time, hall of fame worthy even (in my humble opinion). Thanks so much everyone for the best experience I’ve had in the last 30 years! Love you guys!

The lobby is closed at 8 o’clock on a Saturday but posted that it’s open till 10 I can see my delivery order on the counter but need to wait in the line for eight Cars in front of me to order and pay. Very frustrating for delivery drivers working out of this location very frustrating for my customers buying food but getting it cold and dead.
