Terrible. Ordered four Jr Frosties and two 6ct. Spicy nuggets. Drive-thru was slow as molasses, frosties were all melted, and half the nuggets were cold. Then we tasted them to discover they weren’t spicy, either. Tried to go in the lobby to get them replaced but it was locked. Would have gone back thru the drive thru but the line was even longer than before. Would never recommend.

The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves. I spent almost 30 min in drive threw line waiting. The lady there barely spoke English and the only other person taking care of the food spoke zero English. The food finally came and it was cold as heck. How can management allow this to happen two people to run a whole restaurant? I don’t usually do reviews but I’ve given this place several chances and every time there is an issue. This is nothing against those two poor employees working alone in there but the people in charge of this location. Then they have a number you can call to tell them how your experience was and that also doesn’t work…hey if you can only afford to buy a franchise don’t do it………what’s the point??? If you’re the owner I’m sure corporate would be disgusted by the shape and service of this location. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Associates are not that friendly went to walk in to sit at the dining couldn't do it they had store locked up with no signage saying that dining room was clowent through drive-through and associates were not very friendly will most likely not return
