Wendy's

It just gets worse and worse as time goes on…I know the whole food industry is hurting for workers right now, but while I expect longer waits and missing straws at the fountain machine this place has more people coming back with wrong orders than leaving with correct ones, the wait time has just about tripled, staff is rude, and there’s nothing but chaos if you make the mistake of going inside to order. It’s just not worth it.

This place is terrible!!!! Poor customer service all around!! They didn't bother telling me or any customers that there were no onions or tomatoes prior to purchase to give us an option to purchase then complained when I brought it back the cashier didn't hide the fact she was being standoffs and talking bad, the manager had an attitude in the background and I asked I stead of her relaying it can he come talk to me. I recorded the whole situation and had to let him know I have been recording it all, in which he gave me this look. The cook prior to asking the manager to co.e forward locked the door in day hours to keep people from coming I to the lobby and when I asked for management he shrugged saying I don't care and continued to drink his drink. When I finally asked for the refund the girl asked if I wanted it cash or card, I said I do t care cash I guess then the manager said No did you pay cash or card I said card then he Shively asked for it, I stated kool about that, then she

Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too!!!! Waited 20 min for our mobile order and then when I finally got to eat it it was soggy and greasy. I ordered the baconator and it had two pieces of bacon what the heck man!!! I suggest the owners of this place go in there and fire those pitiful excuses of employees and hire somebody who actually cares!!! I love Wendy’s food and this was a absolute terrible experience!!!!!!
