Bought a frosty off the app. Pulled up and they told me that they don’t have any frostys. They couldn’t refund us because it was through the app. I got a strawberry lemonade instead. My app would not let me check out, so I tried to into the store 1 hour after it opens and the doors were locked. I got in line for the drive thru and told them about the problem. The manager met me at window said it was not her problem, and had to have a qr code to discount anything. I stated she as a manager should be able to override I was told no. I went ahead and payed full price, got home and instead of a sandwich with double meat they the put extra meat in a clamshell. I also did not get a bun top. Worth driving all the way to Poinciana instead.

Placed an order on Uber Eats. Order arrived missing items on one of the sandwiches while also missing chili and fries. Placed a 2nd order, was then told they no longer serve the sandwich I was trying to order (they basically gave me what they had, no sauce or anything). Had to place a 3rd order only to be told they were out of chili, one of their most popular items. Needless to say, never ordering from this location again seeing as it seems to be pretty poorly run.
