Lobby was closed early, nobody was wearing hats or hair nets, the cleaning had already started before closing time. Had to wait in drive thru for 15 to 20 minutes simply to pick up a doordash order

I went and the customer service was terrible. They didn’t get my order right nor gave me a receipt. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give me sauce or a straw so I’m sitting here eating nuggets with no sauce and having to pour my drink out into another cup.

Horrible customer service. Always rude- throw your food at you - don’t say thank you, your welcome- they don’t say anything - not even a smile. I stopped coming here because the service is so bad. I tried it again about 2 weeks ago and they were great - very pleasant, great customer service. So I figured they must have new management. Guess not because I went today and back to the same horrible customer service. On top of that I got home and my order was wrong - completely wrong - what I ended up with was at least $3 less for the meal than what I ordered. I am not one to post bad reviews but this is just ridiculous!
