Wendy's

Where do I begin. Wendy's is one of the very few fast food places I patronize. But this new location has the worst service I have experienced. First the door is locked when I'm pretty sure is a safety violation Went to the rest room to wash my hands but the light wouldn't come on, buttons were messed up and I had to use my phone's flashlight. I let a lady with 3 kids go ahead of me and the young lady behind the counter The cashier hardly looked up and when she saw they were non English speaking she made up an excuse to not give her correct change. When I walked up after her, no one was there. The young cahier wouldn't make eye contact either and wouldn't speak up. I mentioned several times I couldn't hear her. I placed my order twice and she still got it wrong. I had to go back to the counter to get items left from my bag, told them I was dining I'm but they made it to go anyway. Clean new Wendy’s with extra friendly staff and fresh salads! Don’t forget to turn in at the light before Chipotle, as there is no direct access from Kannapolis Way.

Do you even care? Look at the most recent reviews... all is complaints about timing. My youngest was adamant about getting Wendy's... after my 2 visits around dinner time they all lasted 20+ minutes. Tonight is not different except the line is around the building. Took 13 minutes just to order and 2 minutes for someone to even take my order and then I had to wait 15+ minutes for my food. You got only 2 workers? If so SHUT DOWN until you hire more people! Chick fil a had 4 people outside taking orders and literally took half the time it took for me to even order. Hopefully someone who cares about the future of this Wendy's location cares/steps up, because I arrived at 6:23 & 1 car is in front of me and its 6:54. Just a waste of dinner time!
