Wendy's

I sat in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes BEFORE I could place my order. Another 20 minutes to pay for, and receive my order. Soda was unavailable for some reason, but was given a tiny kiddie sized frosty. No price adjustment was made for the inconvenience. My order was a double combo large sized. I was charged for a medium size at window. Yet the frosty was Jr. size...if this all wasn't frustrating enough, I get home from a 12 hour work day and find the sandwich which was supposed to be a double, and I paid for it, shows it on the receipt, and I get a single instead. I have in 4 separate visits to this location in 1 month, ALWAYS have either the wrong food, was incorrectly charged, or no napkins or straws. Only to then have to drive back to the store...tonight...was a combination of no soda available, wrong food, was overcharged, and no straws after nearly 40 minutes total time in the drive through since lobby is in renovation. What malarkey! I WILL NOT BE BACK! Save yourself time

Went in to get it to go. Nic was so helpful and nice. Food was great the guy in the back running the friers was very quick and accurate. Clean store great employees good food.

Food tasted old, and my fries were cold despite the fact I ate in the store. The manager and his employees went out to get high after I was served. Later an upset customer came in complaining about how bad the food was and asked when the oil was changed, they replied a week ago (despite Wendy's website claiming its changed often) I stopped eating my food and tossed it in the bin, definitely avoid this location!
