Yesterday night was the worst experience I’ve had at any Wendy’s in my life. Wendy’s has always been known for its customer service, and I was shocked by how the 10:00PM shift manager Adrian treated me and my brother. Not only did he not give us our order but he didn’t give us a full refund back to our payment method. I ended driving ten minutes away to another Wendy’s close by. How Adrian treated his customers and his employees was absolutely grotesque. I would recommend him being counseled. He needs to treat his team and loyal Wendy’s consumers with more respect. I wish you the best.
I waited 10 minutes in the drive through for this? You call this a baconator wendys?
Ok, this place is amazing. First off the crew is awesome along with management. You see a lot of friendly faces and the staff willing to help.
