Wendy's

Arrived in the drive-thru and was told to wait a moment, that moment turned into about 3-5 minutes. Once placing my order and arriving to the window a young lady then asked what did I order? That’s crazy! I repeated my order she responded with what? I repeated my order in which she then handed me my order. Lack of customer service to say the least! They could take a note from the world’s top rated fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A…I will choose next time…one star ⭐️ was too much!

After waiting with my friend in the car for almost 15 mins to place our order, the first thing we are told is we have no meat for sandwiches, only chicken nuggets and fries, with an attitude like he was annoyed. We went to get hamburgers, so we ended up not ordering but had to wait for people to leave because we couldn't get out of the line. There was a person behind me who tells the same employee why isn't someone outside telling people there is no meat or at least have a sign up so people are aware there isn't any and don't waste there time in the line. The employee says that they don't get paid to be standing outside with an attitude. I don't understand why Wendy employs incompetent people who don't know how to treat customers, their pay comes from our money. My recommendation spend your money at a better place.

Food and customer service is good...but i think they need to clean better windows and chairs...
