They never have chocolate chip cookies. Fries never Fresh even when asked to be fresh. Burger nowhere near hot and lettuce going straight in the garbage. Smh I hate that this is the one closer to my house. And had to turn around to go back to get fresh fries only for the manager to give me fresh fries but wasn't even full after all I went through just to get a fresh 6 dollar meal. I'm blew
Decent staff quick food. Orders be right for the most part. Frosty machine always work. I’d come back to this one. It’s tucked in the mall parking lot so you would have to really be looking for it
The higher stars are ALL for DeMarcus in the drive thru! He was fantastic. Kept us informed, greeted us kindly, was funny, and encouraged us to come back. I would return if he’s at the window any time! Promote this man ASAP. He is determined, energetic, and clearly motivated. He made me feel like he was passionate and appreciative of his job. His customer service was EXCELLENT!
