He didn't pay attention when he took my order so he had to ask me again what I ordered. And then after telling him what I ordered he still gave me the wrong Frosty flavor, the wrong lemonade flavor, then I got the wrong burger so I just gave up... Maybe some retraining for this staff or to let them know that they need to take their job more seriously and pay more attention...
I ordered unsweet tea on the app. I asked at the drive thru window to be sure it was unsweet tea. I was told it was. I got home and both teas were sweet and undrinkable. I called the store. They would not issue a refund.
So many bad experiences. Missing burger patties in sandwiches. Wrong orders given. Missing items. Worst fast food establishment I have ordered from. I gave up thinking something would change and stopped going.
