Went in to pickup my online order. Three ppl in the back saw me, didn’t even acknowledge me. Drivethru person was just chatting on her cell phone. Walked right passed me casually talking as if I wasn’t there. Continued her conversation in the dining room, me still standing there. They didn’t even start on my order yet! I was at first thinking they weren’t open or they were having technical difficulties. Everything was working fine as it appeared. One other person, washing their hands in the back, noticed me, looked like she was going to motion, “brt”, but nope! Just kept on moving along as if no one was in the dining room waiting to place an order. Unacceptable!

Shocking for QSR. I understand the strains of this work, but some things are just not excusable. Lady at the window didn't even look at me when taking my card and giving it back and seemed very angry. But I'm not sure why. I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad. It had no chicken, no fork. I ordered a nonsweet tea, they repeated "unsweet?". Yes, I replied. They gave a large sweet tea. (It was like liquid sugar) Diabetes inhibits my ability to drink it and I needed the protein to balance my sugars and the apples to prevent a sugar crash. Im hyper glycemic. But due to being in a rush to get to an event, I didn't have time to go back in and wait in line to get the actual order I ordered. It isn't always about being picky, health restrictions make these orders important to be fulfilled correctly. But also with as upset as she seemed, I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to tey to correct the order anyway. So now I am stuck at my event unable to eat or drink for the next few hours. Ugh. Also

Quality and service has suffered over the years, burger in the past were juicy and hot, now they are dry and overcooked. Taste as if burger was waiting on customer, not customer waiting on burger. But with that said still is a better product that Microwave King. Where no burger come off the broiler fresh, must melt cheese with microwave before serving.
