This restaurant sucks! Horribly... Poor customer service @ drive thru and for the 20th time they still mess up my order!????????‍♂️????????‍♂️????????‍♂️????????‍♂️????????‍♂️Like seriously? Then when u tell them they messed up the order then they want to have an attitude! Poor service all the way across the board! From top on dwn to the employees... Plz, Milwaukee, do not spend or waste your hard earned money on poor customer service and food you didn't order! Also, they're food isn't that great to begin with. Nothing Is really appealing or healthy on the menu any ways.... To spend your $ on food is to have an awesome experience with the food itself, customer service experience and the dine in experience as well . Come on y'all! Every time I go through the drive through it's like I'm bothering them and when you get to the window the lady is always rude. Every employee I've delt with here is the same which just comes down to poor management. If I owned this wendys I would make some changes.
