I'm making this review hoping that people working in this Wendy's take care to not confuse the classic chicken patty with the Hot ???? classic chicken patty, I don't tolerate spicy; Called but they don't pick and the answering machine is full.
The employee lied about not being able to refund me money for the order she charged me for (it wasn't even my order). When I told her I'd file a complaint with BBB she all of a sudden gave me cash back for over charge.
