Will not be coming to this location anymore and we let all of our employees know not to come here anymore either. One of the employees at the window was extremely rude calling my mother a b**** over and over again because she forgot to mention she had 2 mobile orders. She did not realize the window was not closed all the way. I've called and left a review because i know that no one would like their mother being called out of their name so I don't expect my mother to pick up food and someone disrespect her like that. If you cant handle the pressure and realize you are in a customer service industry than maybe this is not the job for her.

Food took for ever, food was cool, very smokey inside. Tables and chairs are disgusting.

Waited 10 minutes at the register to order. They were busy at drive thru so I was in no rush. But I counted 6 people working back there and one employee on the fryer. Then the manager walked past the register, scowled at me and went to the lobby to check the drink machine. I waited. She walked past me and went to the back. Venting about something. nI put my money away and walked out...the teen on the fryer asked if I wanted to order and I said not any more. I wasted 20 minutes driving down one street to get baconator fries.
