Just ordered a biggie bag. Easy enough... right? They up sized my combo without even asking me. Which to me is very shady business practice. Give your costumers what they ask for not what you want to sell. Order was correct but their fry oil was so dirty the fries and nuggs left a bad after taste. I suggest driving to the next location.
I was traveling home to Cleveland from Indianapolis. I chose this restaurant from road signs. Restaurant grounds were well kept with an abundance of flowers. The restaurant was spotless including the rest room. The staff was very friendly and efficient. A very enjoyable dinning experience.
How do y’all forget something literally EVERY TIME. I love paying for food and not getting it. I usually don’t complain but it’s getting ridiculous.
